I need help... [Archive]

Hey... my lcd's spec'd resolution is 1280x1024 but all of my computers see it as 1024x768, is there away to force my resolution to be something else? I know the dangers of it but i don't really care ;) The one I'm having a problem with is an nVidia GeForce 4 440 and it doen't want to play nice.

Monitor is an Acer AL1716 by the way.

Have you looked here to see if the settings you want are checked?

Yeah, and still no luck, going to hook up more pc's to it and see if that helps out at all.

Just had to hunt down the updated drivers for my vid card. It was a problem because the Unified Drivers that nVidia now uses don't work on my vid card.

Excuse me as I stick my dick in a meat grinder...:mad:
