Its a little sad to see that the Compounds has dropped off lately.
We still have the same core group of people posting but very few new members adding to the site which is sad for all of us :( .
Now what I would like to see is more ppl add just a little since we all benefit from the posts.
It dosnt have to be full DVD rips (hey its nice but we dont all have the time/resources for that) so here are a few things that can help EVERYONE.
1 http://newzfind.com/index.html this site is great, it pretty much searches the file hosting sites (rapidshare, megaupload etc) & provides the links to files.
Normally it gives all the file info, links & pics.
Preferably when u post provide any extra details for the file eg. passwords etc or the original search or link helps heaps.
2 http://www.imagefap.com/gallery.php
A great site that hosts pics.
An easy way to add to the forum (& your postcount) its has shitloads of pics & is updated within seconds.
If you dont wish to signup (I personally havent) then you can use sites like http://www.dumparump.com/index.php . Just save the pic to your pc then upload it & use the "Hotlink a clickable thumbnail on a Forum or Message Board" option 2nd from the bottom. It also allows uploading multiple files in a zip.
3 http://www.askjolene.com/ This site provides links to pics & vids, the vids are pretty much "teasers", but can provide the name/series of the vid your looking for. I'm constantly using this as something to get an "idea /taste" of a movie to see if its worth following up on.
Now this post is in no way a "command" for people to post more but just something I hope can be used to increase the participation on this site.
You dont have to have the highest post count, you dont have to introduce yourself if you dont wish to, but please if you take a file or find a funny pic then please try to put something up yourself as a way of thanks.
If you have any questions feel free to ask as you will find there are many people willing to help out. Just stick by the "Compounds" rules & you will find this a friendly corner of the net that provides fun, some laughs & heaps of PRON.
