i know some NSW laws that prohibit the distribution of hardcore pron tapes. Thats why if you goto the Syd sexpo it is all softcore, hotel pron movies for sale.

So in saying that im almost certain that the production of hardcore within NSW would be illegal. Perhaps contact a local public defendant and ask?
